Hi, I’m Josh, an experienced osteopath with over a decade of helping people overcome injury, manage pain, and move with confidence. After nine years at Wakefield Osteopaths, I opened clinics in Todwick and Beauchief to bring expert care closer to South Sheffield and Rotherham.
Since earning my Master’s in Osteopathy in 2016, I’ve helped patients improve mobility, recover from injury, and build long-term resilience. My approach combines hands on treatment, including spinal manipulation, soft tissue work, joint articulation, and dry needling alongisde tailored exercises and practical advice, so you can take an active role in your recovery.
