Meet Josh – Your Osteopath

Josh is a dedicated and compassionate osteopath, driven by a genuine passion for helping people feel their best and live balanced, fulfilling lives. Since earning his Master’s degree in Osteopathy from Leeds Beckett University in 2016, he has been committed to delivering personalised, holistic care tailored to each individual’s needs.

His journey into osteopathy began with his own experience of sports related injuries. After witnessing the powerful impact of manual therapy on his own recovery, Josh became fascinated by the body’s natural ability to heal and the critical role structural balance plays in overall well being.

Josh takes a whole body approach to treatment, recognising the strong link between physical health and mental well-being. He understands how stress, anxiety, and emotional strain can manifest as physical discomfort, and his goal is to support his patients both physically and mentally. His approach blends hands-on therapy with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection.

Known for his empathetic and approachable manner, Josh ensures that every patient feels comfortable, heard, and supported throughout their care. His treatments may include spinal manipulations, soft tissue massage, joint articulation, and dry needling. He also empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery, often incorporating tailored exercises and stretches to support long-term results.

Outside the clinic, Josh is an avid traveller with a love for discovering new places and cultures. He spent a year living and working in Australia, gaining valuable international experience. He’s also passionate about a wide range of sports and enjoys activities like climbing, cycling, and gardening in his free time.
