Josh is a dedicated and compassionate osteopath with a genuine passion for helping people achieve optimal health and well-being. Since qualifying with a Masters in Osteopathy in 2016 at Leeds Beckett University, he has committed himself to provide his patients with the care and support to lead a balanced and fulfilling life.

Josh's initial interest into osteopathy began with his own sporting injuries as many Osteopaths do.  Once he witnessed first-hand how manual therapy can greatly improve the body’s ability to heal and improve function he was hooked! He soon became fascinated with the intricacies of the human body's structural balance. He recognised at a very early stage that the body's natural alignment plays a critical role in overall health and believes that by addressing structural imbalances we can unlock the body's innate ability to heal itself

Josh is also interested in the connection between physical health and mental well-being. He understands how stress and anxiety can take its toll on the body, often manifesting as physical discomfort or pain. He is committed to helping his patients achieve not just physical health but also promoting their mental well-being as well. His holistic approach to osteopathy encompasses the connection of mind and body, offering a comprehensive solution to a patient’s health needs.

Josh is known for his empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care, ensuring his patients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their treatment. He treats patients using hands on treatments including; spinal manipulations, soft tissue massage, joint articulation and dry needling. He also firmly believes patients can play an essential role in their own their own recovery process prescribing exercises and stretches when necessary.

Josh is an enthusiastic traveller with a zest for exploring new places and cultures. He travelled and worked in Australia for a year gaining invaluable experience. He has a keen interest in a variety of sports. He enjoys watching and participating in a wide range of activities including climbing, cycling and gardening.
